Das von mir erworbene Santoku-Messer mit Keramikklinge entspricht meinen Vorstellungen. Es ist ganz leicht, liegt toll in meiner (linken) Hand und schneidet wie Butter alles in der Küche durch, so wie es sein soll. Es hat für den täglichen Einsatz genau die richtige Größe (ich sag mal: ein richtiges Frauenmesser...). Wenn es jetzt noch richtig lange scharf bleibt - sind alle meine Wünsche erfüllt und ich kaufe gerne wieder ein Gräwe-Produkt.
