Ich bin von den Gräwe Damastmessern begeistert. In kurzer Zeit 3 Messer gekauft und so zufrieden, dass ich jetzt auch das o.a. Messer dazu gekauft habe.
Es ist wie alle Damastmesser sehr scharf, handlich und in diesem Falle besonders für Frauenhände geeignet.
Ich kann die Messer nur empfehlen.
