The Damascus Knife Pakkawood is a high-quality and versatile knife set that meets even the highest demands. It offers an ideal basic equipment of sharp and robust kitchen knives for every ambitious hobby cook and kitchen professional.

The set includes two Santoku knives, a large one with a 7-inch blade and a small one with a 5-inch blade. They are made of Damascus steel and meet all the requirements of a good kitchen knife. The blades consist of three main layers. In the middle is a steel core made of particularly hard and carbon-rich GG-10 steel. After subsequent etching, the blades receive their typical Damascus grain and the flexibility necessary for daily use.
The Handle: A Multi-Purpose Knife with Comfort
The handle is made of Pakkawood, a hardwood often used in knife production. It is easy to clean and offers a comfortable grip. The hardwood is wine red and is glued in many layers. After hardening, the Pakkawood block gets its shape and the surface its typical shine through precise grinding and polishing. The grain matches perfectly with the Damascus blade.
