Our Damascus Knife Tradition is an elegant and powerful kitchen tool that appeals to both hobby chefs and professionals alike. This knife set consists of a large chef's knife and a utility knife, both made from special full Damascus special steel 10 Cr Mo V15 and each having 83 layers. They are forged in a special process and achieve a hardness of about 59 HRC.

The Damascus knives impress with their remarkable sharpness and their beautiful appearance. The handles are made of fiberglass and epoxy resin and are triple-riveted. The middle rivet is adorned with a mosaic decoration, and the transitions from the handle scales to the steel core are highlighted by red stripes.
