Our Damascus Knife Tradition is an elegant and powerful kitchen tool that appeals to both hobby chefs and professionals alike. This knife set consists of a large chef's knife and a utility knife, both made from special full Damascus special steel 10 Cr Mo V15 and each having 83 layers. They are forged in a special process and achieve a hardness of about 59 HRC.
Exquisite craftsmanship and appealing design
The Damascus knives impress with their remarkable sharpness and their beautiful appearance. The handles are made of fiberglass and epoxy resin and are triple-riveted. The middle rivet is adorned with a mosaic decoration, and the transitions from the handle scales to the steel core are highlighted by red stripes. This gives the knives a unique and striking appearance.
