Sehr gut und vielseitig!
Dieser Espressokocher ist die zeitgemäße Alternative zu den traditionellen Alu-Geräten. Er sieht besser aus und ist gesundheitlich unbedenklich. Sonst macht er das gleiche, oder? Nein. Er kann mehr, weil er einen Reduziereinsatz für die Kaffeekammer hat. Leider weist der Hersteller nur darauf hin, daß man damit die halbe Menge des gleichen Espressos kochen kann. Man kann aber auch die volle Kanne mit der Hälfte vom Kaffeepulver machen, was einen klassischen "Verlängerten" ergibt. Der ist nicht so heftig stark wie der Kaffee, den man von diesen Geräten kennt. Wenn er zu schwach ist, kann man die Stärke durch die Wassermenge regulieren (und durch das verwendete Pulver). Damit kann man sehr schön experimentieren. Die Voraussetzung ist allerdings, die größte dieser Kannen zu wählen. Damit können Sie alles machen vom kleinen Ristretto (halbes Wasser, volles Pulver über den normalen Herdkannen-Espresso (halb und halb oder voll und voll) bis zum leichteren Frühstückskaffee (volle Wassermenge, halbes Pulver). Von zwei bis sechs Personen schafft die 360-ml-Kanne alle Aufgaben.

Sehr zufrieden
Wir hatten ein Vorgängermodell geschenkt bekommen und waren lange sehr glücklich damit. Als das Oberteil kürzlich herunterfiel und in Scherben ging, hab ich sofort eine neue bestellt. Die kam auch unfassbar schnell! Die neue ist erstmal nicht so einfach zuzuschrauben und scheint auch langsamer durchzulaufen - ich denke das wird sich einspielen und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Toller Espressokocher
Bestellung und Lieferung liefen reibungslos. Der Espressokocher von Gräwe erfüllt alle meine Erwartungen und schön finde ich es, dass ich jetzt durch die Glaskanne beobachten kann, wie der Espresso reinfliesst. Ich kann den Espressokocher und aktuell weiterempfehlen. Langzeittest steht aber noch aus.
