Günter Gräwe GmbH is committed to designing the website www.graewe-germany.com in accordance with the applicable accessibility regulations. The following legal provisions apply to us: the State Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (Landes-Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz – L-BGG) and the L-BGG Implementing Regulation.
Compliance Status
This website is currently partially compliant with the above-mentioned guidelines. The assessment is based on the results of automated tests conducted on July 27, 2025. The following aspects were identified, among others:
Successfully Implemented
- Correct implementation of heading elements (e.g., h1)
- List structures partially nested correctly (ul, li)
- Keyboard accessibility of navigation areas
- Use of the technical base structure of Shopware 6
Areas for Improvement
- Search suggestions and search results are currently not fully accessible via the Tab key in all areas
- Missing or insufficient alternative text for certain images
- Links and buttons without clearly identifiable text
- Insufficient color contrast in certain text areas
- Partially incorrect use of ARIA attributes
- Heading structure not fully consistent in some sections
- Incomplete form labels and landmark structure
We are continuously working to identify existing barriers and to eliminate them step by step.
Method of Evaluation
The review was carried out on July 27, 2025 using automated tools:
- Skynet Technologies Accessibility Checker
- AccessibilityChecker.org
Both tools are based on the requirements of WCAG 2.2 and EN 301 549. A manual review is currently being prepared in parallel.
