Standard Shipping
All orders within Germany are prepared for shipment directly by us and dispatched via DHL. Delivery time is generally 1–2 business days. Shipping to DHL Packstations or post offices is possible, provided that the parcel dimensions comply with DHL specifications.
The flat shipping fee already includes insurance, packaging, and the number of parcels required – regardless of how many items you order.
Shipping Costs within Germany
- Order value under €39 (incl. VAT): €4.90 shipping costs
- Order value of €39 or more (incl. VAT): free shipping
International Shipping (EU Countries)
Shipping to other European Union countries is carried out via UPS. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order:
- Weight 0–25 kg: €9.40
- Weight 25–50 kg: €18.80
- Weight 50–75 kg: €28.20
- Weight 75–100 kg: €37.60
- Weight over 100 kg: €47.00
Shipping to Switzerland (Non-EU Country)
Shipping to Switzerland is carried out via UPS or DHL. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply and must be borne by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office in advance for information about potential fees.
Shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland are calculated as follows:
- Weight 0–25 kg: €17.73
- Weight 25–50 kg: €35.46
- Weight 50–75 kg: €53.19
- Weight 75–100 kg: €70.92
- Weight over 100 kg: €88.66
