Eine Pfanne aus Eisen mit einer Keramikbeschichtung. Das beste aus beiden Welten vereint.

Endlich
die Pfanne, nach der ich ewig gesucht habe. Gesundheitlich unbedenklich und beschichtet. Und wenn die Beschichtung doch mal Schaden erleidet ist unten drunter Eisen und nicht wie bei vielen anderen Aluminium. Nur habe ich nicht bedacht, dass man zB bei Rösti nicht mit einem Teller wenden kann. Dafür ist sie zu schwer. Meine Anregung wäre auch eine kleinere Version für den Single-Haushalt.

Gutes Upgrade zur normalen Eisenpfanne
Wir haben bereits schon einige Eisenpfannen von Gräwe. Jetzt probieren wir es mal einer Beschichtung, die hoffentlich das Beste aus beiden Welten ergibt. Das erste Spiegelei ohne Fett war schon gelungen. Die Zeit wird zeigen, wie haltbar die Beschichtung wirklich ist. Bei dem Preis kann man es aber mal versuchen.
